At Lock & Co. Hatters, we are committed to the quality of our craftsmanship; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your headwear within 28 days of receipt.

Return Process

    Request a Return

    Log into your account portal or contact our customer service team to initiate a return authorization and obtain your unique reference number.

    Prepare the Package

    Carefully place the hat in its original Lock & Co. hat box and outer shipping carton to ensure the crown and brim remain protected during transit.

  • 3.
    Label and Dispatch

    Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point or schedule a collection.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our master hatters inspect the item to ensure it is in unworn, resaleable condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
